Mushfiq has a diverse background from owning a computer services business to holding senior executive roles in ASX100 and private companies. His expertise extends across utilities, energy, renewables, infrastructure and resource sectors. As Managing Director, Mushfiq provides strategic and operational leadership to Synchrotech and is also the Group CEO of 3C Energy.

Ben provides overall leadership across Synchrotech’s business operations, project delivery and product innovation. With extensive experience in modular power systems, switchgear and control design, Ben combines technical insight with strategic direction to drive continual improvement, client satisfaction and sustainable growth across all sectors of the company.

Gavin oversees Synchrotech’s workshop and general operations, ensuring precision, safety and efficiency across all manufacturing and installation activities. A Chartered Professional Engineer with extensive experience in mechanical and power systems, Gavin provides strategic leadership in project execution, resource management and technical delivery.

With over two decades of experience, he brings deep expertise in remote and emergency power generation, ensuring reliable and compliant solutions for critical Defence infrastructure across Australia.
Craig Giles
Principal Engineer
Craig is Synchrotech’s foremost authority in gas systems engineering and Type B industrial gas appliance compliance. With extensive experience in co-generation, coal seam methane and offshore applications, Craig provides technical leadership across mechanical systems design, gas treatment and generator packaging for high-performance energy projects.
Terry Scott
Principal Engineer
Terry leads project and design integration at Synchrotech, combining expertise in electrical design, control systems and SCADA implementation.
